Mortgage Corporation Network have developed as one of the new breed of Aggregators of mortgages. We are not like Aussie, RAMS or Wizard or for that matter ANZ, Westpac or NAB. The simple fact is that they are all single product lenders and do not offer a number of different mortgages and lending facilities.
We have a number of products that suit any application but we definitely don't have 260 products across 60 lenders. However, we don't just exit a new customer if they don't fit the stringent policy guidelines of a single product lender. We take the best of the wholesale lending products from non street front banks, securitisers and other institutions under our full accreditation or our own fund and lend those directly to borrowers. Our borrowers include everyday working people to self employed business people and developers.
Mortgage Corporation Network does not broker applications we are lenders and as such work directly with our mortgage insurers and funders and investors for our clients. If you are in a hurry or cant find the time or dont want to actually see anyone but want to know what you can do applications can be taken initially over the internet from some of our offices web sites with indicative approvals by reply email or fax or phone being made within 48 Hours. Of course we also take application at any of our office or after hours via our mobile loans officer services.
